Adele Moss MSc CIPD is an experienced Organisational Development Consultant currently employed at the University of Bradford since February 2022, focusing on innovative activities to enhance management team capabilities within the People and Organisational Development team. Prior to this, Adele held multiple roles at Lincolnshire Co-op from 2016 to 2022, including Learning and Development Advisor, where extensive collaboration with senior leaders resulted in tailored learning solutions for a multi-site food retail business. Adele's experience also includes providing HR support and coaching at Lincoln Anglican Academy Trust, alongside HR advisory roles and training at Lincolnshire Co-op. Earlier positions at Arcadia Group Ltd involved area training and retail management, further enriching Adele's expertise in training and development. Adele earned a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Lincoln from 2012 to 2015.
