Dave Spicer is a seasoned academic currently serving as a Professor of Small Business Development and Organisational Studies at the University of Bradford since September 2022. Additionally, Dave has held the position of Director of Business & Community Engagement within the same institution since September 2019. Previously, Dave was the Dean of Salford Business School at The University of Salford from February 2016 to April 2019 and served as the Head of HRM/OB Subject Group as well as a Senior Lecturer in Organizational Change at the University of Bradford from September 2007 to February 2016. Dave holds a Bachelor's degree in Geography from the University of Bristol, a PhD in Organisational Studies from the University of Plymouth, and an MBA from the University of Stirling.
