Rosie Dowen

Rosie Dowen is an experienced IT Project Delivery Manager at the University of Bradford. Rosie has also worked as a Change Project Manager at the same institution, overseeing projects to align with the strategic vision and improve key performance indicators. Prior to their current role, Rosie served as a Project Manager and Senior Project Manager at the University of Leeds, where Rosie managed projects related to student systems, Covid-19 response, and mitigating circumstances.
