M.D. Khabir Uddin

Md Khabir Uddin, PhD, serves as an Assistant Professor of Chemistry at the University of Bridgeport since January 2023, teaching various undergraduate chemistry courses and mentoring students in research. In addition, Md Khabir Uddin has held the position of Adjunct Assistant Professor of Chemistry at Suffolk County Community College since August 2012, where instruction includes the use of advanced educational technologies across different learning environments. Previous roles include Adjunct Assistant Professor at New York Institute of Technology, Director of Quality and QA/QC at Bio-Botanica Inc, and Director of R&D and Quality at Innovative Labs, LLC. Md Khabir Uddin acquired a PhD in Physical Organic Chemistry from Kyushu University, having also completed Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Organic Chemistry and Chemistry at the University of Dhaka. The academic background includes significant postdoctoral research experience in enzymatic induction and organic synthesis techniques.
