Helena Widdowson

Helena Widdowson is an experienced educator currently serving as a Senior Lecturer at the University of Brighton since July 2016. Prior to this role, Helena worked as a Trainer Manager at Youthforce Ltd from January 2010 to July 2016, where responsibilities included the coordination and mentoring of trainers as well as the development of accredited courses and qualifications. Additionally, Helena was a part-time Lecturer at the University of Brighton from June 2005 to October 2011, focusing on courses related to working with young people and BA Youth work. Helena also held the position of Team Leader at West Sussex Youth Service for a brief period in 2006. Helena holds a BA Hons degree in Education from the University of Brighton, completed between 1998 and 2001.
