Miriam Pânzaru is a seasoned strategic communications advisor with extensive experience in both academic and practical settings. Currently serving in EU/World Bank projects since 2021, Pânzaru has also been a faculty lecturer at the University of Bucharest since 2008, instructing on topics such as Public Relations and Management of European Organizations. Previously, Pânzaru held leadership positions in communication projects, including team leader and deputy team lead roles at Campanii de Comunicare - Proiectul Privind Învățământul Secundar (ROSE). Additional experience encompasses advisory roles at the Ministry of European Funds and the Ministry of Economy, as well as expertise in public relations for various European projects. Pânzaru holds a PhD in Sociology, an MA in Public Administration, and a BA in Public Relations and Social Communication, all from the University of Bucharest.
