Nikita Malik

Nikita Malik is currently a Research Intern at the University of Calgary, focusing on metric depth estimation for autonomous vehicles, and a Computer Vision Research Intern at Bosch Research, specializing in unsupervised optical flow estimation. Previous experience includes a Mitacs Globalink Research Internship, where Nikita developed a framework for analyzing fairness in healthcare datasets and engaged in a stroke segmentation challenge, as well as multiple research internships at leading institutions such as the Indian Institutes of Technology, contributing to projects on fairness in machine learning and image processing. Nikita held leadership roles in the Research Society MIT Manipal and IEEE Student Branch Manipal, and has served as a Student Research Assistant at Manipal Institute of Technology. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Manipal Institute of Technology, with prior education at Scholars Global School.
