Olena Shynkaruk

Olena Shynkaruk, Ph.D., is an accomplished proposal and grant writer with extensive experience in the scientific and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Proposal Writer at RSM Canada since April 2022, Olena has also been self-employed since January 2019, aiding tech companies in securing funding across Canada and the United States. Previous roles include grant writing at the University of Alberta and serving as the founder and science editor at ESL Editing. Olena's research background encompasses significant contributions as a Research Scientist at Applied Quantum Materials Inc. and as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Alberta, with a focus on developing nanomaterials and conducting complex chemical syntheses. Olena holds a Ph.D. in Inorganic and Materials Chemistry from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
