Kim McDade

Kim McDade serves as the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer for University Advancement at the University of California, Riverside since February 2018, overseeing budgeting, human resources, and advancement services. Previously, Kim held the position of Senior Associate Director of Athletics for Finance, Analytics and Operations at the University of Delaware, where operational and financial leadership was provided for an NCAA Division I athletics program. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at the University of Michigan, progressing from Assistant Director of Development Services to Senior Director of Business Intelligence, where strategic direction was set for a business analytics program supporting athletic goals. Kim McDade holds a Master of Business Administration with a Finance concentration from the University of Delaware and a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Accounting from Eastern Michigan University.
