Michelle Hardwick

Michelle Hardwick currently serves as the Chief Data Officer at the University of California, Riverside, since December 2023. Alongside this role, Michelle has been an Adjunct Instructor at Utah State University since January 2017, teaching Advanced Database Concepts at the master's level. Previous experience includes positions such as Director of Engineering for External Data & Analytics at Entrata and Director of Data Science & Analytics at Salt Lake Community College, where Michelle led data initiatives and teams. As Executive Vice President and Director of Community Partnerships for the Independent Oracle Users Group, Michelle was instrumental in developing user group communities. Michelle also held leadership and consulting roles at Red Pill Analytics, the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business, and Backcountry.com, focusing on business intelligence and data analytics. Michelle holds an MBA from Utah State University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Winona State University.
