Douglas Pace

Douglas Pace is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and technical training, currently serving as a Senior Developer at the University of California, San Francisco since August 2021. Douglas has been providing technical training in the PeopleTools suite through SpearMC Consulting since December 2011 and has also operated as President of Pace-Soft, Inc. since 1998, delivering consulting and training services to various clients. Previous roles include Security Architect at UCSF, Senior Developer at Access Midstream and Chesapeake Energy, Technical Manager at NV Energy, and other senior development positions at Polycom and Ubisoft. Douglas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University.
