Naledi Saul is currently the Director of the UCSF Office of Career & Professional Development and has been with the University of California, San Francisco since 2001. Leading a multidisciplinary team, Naledi Saul focuses on developing career and professional initiatives for clinicians and scientists in training, utilizing evidence-based methods. Saul's extensive experience includes serving as Principal Investigator on a National Science Foundation grant, Interim Co-Chief of Staff during a leadership transition, and various leadership roles within the Office of Career & Professional Development. Additional consulting work includes Learning and Development Consultant roles for prestigious organizations such as Stanford and Genentech, emphasizing inclusive training and career coaching. Naledi Saul's earlier career includes positions at Amherst College, Mount Holyoke College, and The Washington Center for Internships, complemented by a Master of Public Management from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Spelman College.
