Patrick Phelan

Patrick Phelan possesses extensive experience in information security and management within the healthcare sector, having held prominent positions such as Chief Information Security Officer at both UCSF and UC Davis Health. In addition, Patrick has served as the Manager of Security Programs and Policy and Director of Information Services at UCSF, and worked as a Support Engineer at UCLA Medical Center. Patrick earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from UCLA, completing studies from 1991 to 1995.
