Mehrdad Peyvan is an experienced professional in the field of electrical and electronics engineering with a strong background in analog IC design and application management. Currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor at UCSC Silicon Valley Extension since January 2022, Mehrdad teaches fundamental building blocks of analog IC design. Prior roles include Sr. Application Manager at Analog Devices, overseeing product application engineering for temperature sensors and voltage reference ICs, and Sr. Hardware Test Engineering Manager, facilitating collaboration among various engineering teams for test methodology design. With prior extensive experience at Linear Technology and Siliconix Inc., Mehrdad has managed large teams, developed numerous test solutions, and contributed to the release of over 25 new products. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from San José State University and California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, respectively.
