Christina Saint Martin

Christina Saint Martin is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in healthcare and organizational performance. Currently serving as Director of UC Shared Services at the University of California Office of the President since August 2020, Christina has previously held notable positions such as Vice President of Customer Experience & Digital Strategy at Blue Cross of Idaho, and System VP & Chief Patient Experience Officer at Baylor Scott & White Health. With a strong focus on patient experience and performance improvement, Christina's career includes roles at MedStar Health, Stanford Health Care, NHS, and Virginia Mason Medical Center. Christina's education includes a Fellowship in Executive Leadership from California Health Leadership College, a Bachelor's degree from Northern Michigan University, a Master's in Public Administration from Seattle University, and a certificate in Design Thinking from Stanford University, along with training in the Toyota Production System/Lean from Shingijutsu Japan & USA.
