Jessica Blazer

Jessica Blazer, MBA, is an experienced professional in business operations and finance within the higher education sector. Currently serving as the Director of Business Operations for Information Technology Services at the University of California Office of the President since August 2019, Jessica has held various pivotal roles including Administrative & Budget Director for Research and Innovation, and Director of Budget and Finance for the Natural Reserve System. Prior to this, Jessica was the Director of Business Services at Allan Hancock College from 2016 to 2019, and at the University of California Education Abroad Program from 2004 to 2016, served as Interim Director of Budget & Finance, Finance Manager, Project Manager, and Accountant. Jessica holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from California Lutheran University (2017-2019) and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Whitworth University (1998-2002).
