Melvin Tangonan

Melvin Tangonan is an experienced professional with a strong background in leadership, administration, and community engagement. Currently serving as the Northern California Region Internal Vice-President and Administration Manager for the National Federation of Filipino American Associations (NaFFAA), Melvin oversees professional development programs, manages grant requirements, and cultivates relationships with regional organizations. As a Legal Operations Coordinator for the University of California Office of the President, Melvin provides analytical support and oversees legal operations. Previous roles include Legal Administrator at Bay Oak Law and Senior Operations Supervisor at the ASUC Student Union, where Melvin managed daily operations and staff. Melvin holds a degree in Political Science and South & Southeast Asian Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
