Sean Halligan

Sean Halligan, MA, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at the University of California Office of the President, where responsibilities include managing a division reorganization to enhance efficacy and service delivery within the University of California System. Prior roles at the same institution involved creating a project management office, facilitating interdepartmental collaboration, and implementing process improvements in HR and Payroll systems. At UC Berkeley, Sean contributed significantly as Deputy Project Manager on a strategic benchmarking project and recognized roles in fundraising efforts that generated over $65M. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Early Modern European History from Claremont Graduate University and a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of California, Davis.
