Ayushi Tiwari

Ayushi Tiwari is a Doctoral Candidate at the University of Canterbury since August 2022, with prior experience as a Project Scientist at CSIR-National Geophysical Research Institute, where significant contributions were made to geotechnical and seismic projects in India from December 2020 to July 2022. Ayushi served as a Staff Geotechnical Engineer at Golder between June 2018 and September 2020, engaging in various high-impact projects across multiple sectors. A Graduate Research Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin from 2016 to 2018, Ayushi focused on analyzing ground motions to enhance engineering parameters. Earlier research roles included internships at Polytechnique Montréal, TU München, and various Indian Institutes of Technology, where foundational work was done on soil mechanics and material performance. Ayushi holds a Master of Science in Geotechnical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Technology from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
