Rebekah Fincher

Rebekah Fincher is the Chief Administrative Officer at Conway Regional Health System, overseeing growth and business development. Rebekah has experience in hospital administration, physician relations, and alignment. Additionally, Rebekah serves as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Central Arkansas, focusing on interpersonal and organizational communication. Formerly, Rebekah served as Assistant Director of Admission at the same university. Education-wise, Rebekah holds a Master of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Relations from the University of Central Arkansas.
