Anthony Magliocco M.D.

Anthony Magliocco, MD, serves as the President and CEO of Protean Biodiagnostics Inc since November 2017, where Anthony focuses on personalized oncology, particularly in targeted and immune-based therapies for cancer treatment. In addition to entrepreneurial efforts, Magliocco is a Professor of Pathology at the University of Central Florida and held significant positions at Moffitt Cancer Center, including Chair of Anatomical Pathology and Executive Director of Esoteric Laboratory Services. With extensive experience in translational research and tissue banking, Anthony has contributed to various prestigious organizations, including the Radiation Therapy Oncology Group, where Anthony was Chair of the Pathology Committee, and the Tom Baker Cancer Centre, where Anthony was the Director of Pathology. Magliocco's academic journey includes a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Science from The University of Lethbridge.
