Anya Anderson-

Anya Anderson, SHRM-CP, currently serves as an HR Business Partner at the University of Central Florida since April 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Recruiter at Kelly from July 2021 to September 2025, where recruitment services were provided across various sectors. Anya was the Human Resources Manager at CareerSource Central Florida from April 2018 to November 2020, overseeing a range of HR functions for 250 employees within a $30M annual budget. Previous positions also include Global Trainer & Team Lead at Falck, Patient Care Advocate at Optum, Travel Specialist at International Cruise & Excursions, Inc., and Training & Development Manager at Celebrity Cruises. Anya holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Webster University, completed in 2022.
