Claire Burns

Claire Burns is an experienced fundraising professional with a strong background in donor experience and program management. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Donor Experience at the University of Central Florida since July 2023, Claire has previously held leadership roles at the University of Florida, where positions included Director and Associate Director of Donor Programs from September 2017 to July 2023. Earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Annual Giving at Western Carolina University and various positions at the University of North Florida, including Assistant Director of Annual Giving and Development Coordinator. Claire holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from the University of North Florida and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from the same institution.
