Justina McAllister-Jackson

Justina McAllister-Jackson, Ed. D., MSW, RCSWI, is a skilled professional with extensive experience in program management and community engagement. Currently serving as Program Manager I at the University of Central Florida since May 2021, Justina previously held the role of Human Services Adjunct Professor at Palm Beach State College until June 2024, and worked as a Family and Community Engagement Specialist with The School District of Palm Beach County from August 2013 to January 2021. Justina's expertise includes case management, community violence prevention, program enrollment monitoring, and compliance with state and federal guidelines. Justina holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University, a Master of Social Work from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Georgia State University.
