Zach Fisher

Director, Retail Operations at McMaster University

Zach Fisher has extensive experience in retail operations and management. Zach started their career as a Retail Manager Trainee at the Niagara Parks Commission in 2014 and transitioned into the role of Assistant Manager in 2017. In this role, they managed and coached a team of 148 staff members, monitored financial performance, and controlled operating expenses.

In 2020, Zach joined Mohawk College as the Manager of Retail Services, where they were responsible for overseeing all retail operations, including campus stores and negotiating retail leases. Zach ensured that the retail operation was efficient and profitable across all aspects.
