Sarah Lovel

Sarah Lovel is an experienced human resources professional with a robust academic and professional background. Currently serving as the Lead Instructor for SHRM HR Essentials and SHRM-CP/SCP Test Preparation courses at the University of Central Florida, Sarah also holds the position of Director of HR - Classification & Compensation. Previous roles include Sr. Compensation Analyst and HR Specialist at HD Supply, and various positions at Siemens, where responsibilities ranged from Engineering Tech to VP of Siemens Power Activities, Recreation & Community. Sarah's expertise is further complemented by experience as a Human Resource/Office Manager in several small to medium companies. In addition to professional experience, Sarah holds certifications including CCP®, SHRM-SCP, and SPHR®.
