Shannon Elswick

Shannon Elswick has extensive experience in leadership and healthcare management, currently serving as the Past President of the Barbershop Harmony Society and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Florida. Since January 2015, Shannon has been actively involved with the Barbershop Harmony Society, contributing to various committees and chairing the CEO Evaluation Committee. In the academic sector, Shannon holds roles as Executive in Residence, Associate Instructor, and Graduate Faculty Scholar at the University of Central Florida, focusing on healthcare issues and leadership. Previously, Shannon has held senior management positions, including Senior Vice President at Leading Edge Healthcare, President of Adult Hospitals at Orlando Health, and Performance Coach for Sisters of Sound. Shannon earned a Master of Science in Health Care Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
