Derek Flint

Derek Flint is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training, coaching, and project management. Currently a Senior Lecturer at the University of Central Lancashire since April 2021, Derek also provides training and executive coaching services through KBO Training and Coaching Services, leveraging 19 years of expertise and a Level 7 qualification as an executive coach. Prior roles include Project Coordinator for a private client, Project Manager at Invoke Associates Ltd, and co-founder of Isle of Man Distillers Ltd, Super Tours Limited, and Pretty Liberty (Isle of Man). Additionally, Derek has a distinguished background in law enforcement, having served as an Inspector with over 25 years of experience in various operational roles.
