Kathy Smith

Kathy Smith is a Medical Lead in Clinical Workforce Solutions at NHS South, Central and West since September 2021, also serving as a General Practitioner and auditor. Currently a Visiting Lecturer at Chester Medical School and a Medical Examiner with Warrington and Halton Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Kathy has been a General Practitioner since August 2013, following extensive training in Oxford and London. Previous roles include External Advisor for the Care Quality Commission, Associate Tutor in Undergraduate Medicine at Edge Hill University, and GP Auditor for the National Covid-19 Response Service. Kathy's medical education includes a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from King's College London and a Bachelor's degree in International Health from the University of Leeds.
