Rachel Boote

Rachel Boote currently serves as the Assistant Director for Training & Development in Resident Education & Development and the Program Manager for Student Organizations in the Center for Student Involvement at the University of Cincinnati, roles that involve advising the University Funding Board and providing support and training for over 300 registered student organizations. Previously, Rachel held several positions at Clemson University, including Graduate Intern for Welcome Week Programming and Graduate Assistant for Student Organization Engagement, where responsibilities encompassed leadership development, event planning, and assessment initiatives. Rachel's earlier experience includes various roles at Bowling Green State University, focused on student orientation and engagement, as well as an administrative role at Washtenaw County. Rachel holds a Master of Education in Student Affairs from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Bowling Green State University.
