Early career experiences include engineering roles at Mettler-Toledo International, Inc. and Copeland Corporation. Sara holds an MBA from the University of Dayton and a BS in Industrial & Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University, along with additional executive education in supply chain management from MIT.
