Tonkia Bridges

Tonkia Bridges, Ed.D, serves as the Executive Vice President at QualAI since January 2024 and is an Assistant Professor-Educator at the University of Cincinnati. In addition, Tonkia is the President, Executive Director, and Founder of Nurturing Educational Readiness & Development from the Start, a position held since February 2018. Previously, Tonkia held the role of Adjunct Professor at the University of Cincinnati from August 2021 to January 2022 and worked as an Educator for Cincinnati Public Schools from September 2009 to December 2020. Tonkia's career also includes experience as a Researcher at Procter & Gamble from September 2002 to May 2009. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from the University of Dayton, a Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Cincinnati, a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration, and both a Bachelor of Applied Science and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Chemical Technology/Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
