Shannon Hautman

Shannon Hautman, M.A., currently serves as an Assistant Professor and Annual Adjunct Faculty at the University of Cincinnati, where responsibilities include teaching undergraduate courses in composition and rhetoric, designing curricula, and providing feedback to new faculty. A background in project management includes developing community outreach initiatives for the City of Wyoming, Ohio, and overseeing educational operations at Cheekwood Botanical Gardens, resulting in significant revenue growth and successful outreach for at-risk populations. Previous experience encompasses managing educational programs at Nashville Ballet and Best Buddies Illinois, as well as directing federally funded programs for at-risk youth at Beacon Street Gallery and Performance Company. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in English from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Ball State University, complemented by an Inclusive Teaching Endorsement from The Ohio State University.
