Alexandra Carl

Alexandra Carl is a Principal Research Services Professional at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus since June 2021, overseeing student research assistants and managing various aspects of research studies, including recruitment, operational efficiency, and financial management. With a strong foundation in community-based participatory research, Alexandra has contributed to multiple peer-reviewed manuscripts and developed progress reports for stakeholders. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Disease Prevention Specialist and Disease Intervention Specialist at Larimer County, where Alexandra managed contact tracing teams during the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, Alexandra has held research and teaching positions at the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health and the University of Wisconsin-Madison, culminating in a Master of Public Health degree from UNC and a Bachelor of Science in Neurobiology and Behavior from Wisconsin.
