Kate Worster

Kate Worster is a dedicated medical student at the National University of Natural Medicine, with a Graduate Faculty Appointment at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus since August 2019, where mentoring and thesis advising are key responsibilities. With extensive experience in the medical device and biomedical engineering sectors, Kate has held positions such as Quality Engineering Manager at ISCHEMAVIEW, INC. and Principal Software Quality Assurance Engineer at SomaLogic, emphasizing software transition to regulated environments and system engineering. Contributions include leading research in movement sciences at UCHealth, driving the development of clinical services, and authoring numerous regulatory documents throughout a career that began with a Ph.D. in Bioengineering from the University of Colorado Denver, complemented by a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
