Libby McCarthy

Libby McCarthy currently serves as the People & Operations HR Manager at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, where responsibilities include advising on employee relations, collaborating with HR and legal teams, and driving initiatives for onboarding and organizational culture. Previously, Libby worked as Operations Manager at European Investment Management Services, Inc., managing HR activities and improving employee engagement and collaboration. Libby spent over 15 years at the Library Foundation of Los Angeles, culminating in the role of Director of Operations, where Libby implemented performance management processes and enhanced organizational culture. Libby's earlier experience includes positions in volunteer coordination and communications management, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Publishing certificate from the University of Denver.
