Constanza Fappiano

Constanza Fappiano is currently the HR People Operations Manager for Latin America at Galileo Financial Technologies since May 2024. Previously, Constanza held the position of Regional Human Resources Manager for Latin America at Gilbarco Veeder-Root from January 2020 to May 2024, where responsibilities included staffing management, talent development, and employee relations across multiple countries. Constanza also worked as a Regional HR Manager at Rust-Oleum Corporation, focusing on the startup of the HR function in the region, and served as an HRBP Manager at EY, supporting the IT department with HR processes. Earlier roles include HRBP Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where strategies for human capital policy were developed, and a Human Resources Recruiter at Galeno. Constanza holds a degree in Human Resources Administration from Universidad del Salvador and a bilingual high school diploma from Colegio Bluebell Santisima Trinidad.
