Sarah Engel is a Principal Professional in Organizational and Employee Development at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, recognized as a subject matter expert and instructor, facilitating numerous training sessions and leadership certificates annually. Additionally, Sarah serves as an independent Leadership Coach for Lingo Live, focusing on developing engaged teams with an emphasis on wellbeing and employee retention. Previously, Sarah held various significant roles in admissions at Regis University and Colorado School of Mines, including Director of Admissions and Associate Director of Admissions, leading strategic enrollment management and recruitment initiatives for competitive health care programs. With a Master of Arts in Leadership Development from Regis University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts and Theater from Indiana University South Bend, Sarah combines educational expertise with extensive experience in organizational and leadership development.
