Tanya Russell

Tanya (Reed) Russell has over two decades of experience in academia and consulting, currently serving as Curriculum Manager at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus since July 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing project coordinators and managing healthcare simulation curriculum. Previously, Tanya held roles as Simulation Education Project Coordinator and Standardized Patient/Client, providing educational support and coaching for medical students and faculty. As the Founder of Azuka Consulting LLC, Tanya specializes in grant proposal and medical writing for academic and non-profit organizations. Past positions include Junior Editor at American Journal Experts, Medical Writer at Aegis Creative, and Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Colorado Denver, with a PhD in Molecular Biology from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and additional degrees in Physiology and Biology.
