Cristal Swain

Cristal Swain has extensive experience in procurement and sourcing roles, holding positions at various organizations throughout their career. Most recently, they served as the Senior Director of Procurement & Sourcing at the University of Colorado. Prior to that, they were the Chief Procurement Officer at Colorado State University. Cristal also has experience as the Senior Director of Business Management Services at the Denver International Airport. Before that, they held multiple roles at the University of Northern Colorado, including Assistant Legal Counsel and Chief Procurement Officer, as well as Executive Director of Purchasing & Contracts. Cristal'scareer began at Adams 12 Five Star Schools, where they served as the Director of Resource Operations.

Cristal Swain completed their education with a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law in 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Operations Management from Regis University in 2008. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Certified Member (CM) from the AAAE institution in 2021.
