Taylor Craven

Taylor Craven is the Assistant Director of Leave Programs at the University of Colorado since October 2023, with extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Previously, Taylor served as the Associate Director of Advancement Talent Management at the University of Colorado Boulder, where responsibilities included strategic talent management initiatives and leadership of HR coordinators. Taylor's background also encompasses roles such as Employee Relations Consultant and Leave Program Manager, providing guidance on performance management and compliance with employment regulations. A crucial contributor to the launch of the paid parental leave benefit, Taylor's career began as a Community Relations Intern for the Town of Frederick. Taylor is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Colorado Denver, building on a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from the University of Colorado Boulder.
