Toby Lutz

Toby Lutz has extensive experience in identity and access management, systems analysis, and software development, currently serving as Assistant Director of Identity and Access Management at the University of Colorado since February 2013. Previously, Toby held multiple roles within the university, including Assistant Director of HCM Systems and PeopleSoft HCM Benefits Application Manager, where responsibilities included configuring custom enhancements and developing SQL functionality. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Systems Analyst for Jeffco Public Schools, focusing on PeopleSoft systems, and as a Service Desk Specialist at Jefferson County Public Schools, providing technical support and problem resolution. Toby began the career as a Residence Hall Assistant at Corbett, gaining leadership and community development skills. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts with a focus on Information Technology from Colorado State University.
