Mark Longo

Mark Longo is an accomplished academic with extensive experience at the University of Connecticut, where positions have included Assistant Professor in Residence, Visiting Assistant Professor, and Postdoctoral Fellow since June 2011. In addition to academic roles, Mark has worked with Agate Publishing, Inc. as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Biology from May 2023 to February 2024, and as an SME in Genomics from September 2019 to February 2020. Mark Longo holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Genetics and Genomics from the University of Connecticut, earned in 2011, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from the same institution, completed in 2000.
