Paige Rasid

Paige Rasid currently serves as the Staff Assistant to the President at the University of Connecticut since August 2025. Prior experience includes roles at the Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development as the Assistant to the Deputy Commissioner and Opportunity Zone Program Manager from May 2019 to August 2025, as well as positions focused on technology commercialization and industry relations at the University of Connecticut from April 2017 to May 2019. Additionally, Paige Rasid held the Chief Operating Officer position at the Connecticut Technology Council from October 2013 to March 2017 and served as an Innovation Consultant for CTNEXT. Other notable roles include Small Business Innovation Manager at Connecticut Innovations and Director of Marketing, Communications, and Operations at the Connecticut Venture Group. Education was obtained from Simmons University, where a BA in Economics, Political Science, and Philosophy was earned.
