Petrine Wellendorph

Petrine Wellendorph is a prominent figure in the field of molecular neuropharmacology, currently serving as a Professor at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen since August 2010 and as Chief Scientific Officer at Ceremedy Aps, a spin-out company focused on developing treatments for CNS disorders. Petrine Wellendorph co-founded the popular science initiative Videnskabsklubben from 2014 to 2019 and has held various academic positions, including Associate Professor and postdoctoral fellow at several institutions. The educational background includes a PhD in Molecular Pharmacology from the University of Copenhagen and a cand.pharm degree from The Danish University of Pharmaceutical Sciences, complemented by international academic experiences in Australia and Switzerland.
