Rebecca Michael

Rebecca Michael has extensive experience in event management within collegiate athletics. Currently serving as the Director of Events at University of Dayton Athletics since August 2024, Rebecca previously held multiple roles at the University of Cincinnati Department of Athletics from September 2019 to August 2024, including Director of Events, Associate Director of Operations & Events, and Facilities Coordinator. Rebecca began a career in athletics as an intern and graduate assistant at the University of Cincinnati from August 2017 to December 2018, after completing a Facility and Operations Internship with Kent State University Athletics from January 2015 to May 2017. Rebecca holds a Master of Sports Administration from the University of Cincinnati (2017-2018) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Administration with a Minor in Business from Kent State University (2013-2017). Educational background includes a high school diploma from Miamisburg High School, earned in 2013.
