Ben Jackson is currently the Senior Programs Coordinator and FLP Team Lead at the University of Dayton, overseeing the Faculty-led Programs team and managing the execution of various EAA programs and faculty workshops. Previously, Ben worked as a Programs Coordinator, handling logistics for faculty-led and integrated study-abroad programs, and as a Housing Support Assistant at Homes Not Borders, where supervision of volunteer teams and delivery of essential goods to refugees were key responsibilities. Ben also served as a Housing Specialist and in logistics and casework roles at the International Rescue Committee, facilitating housing and social services for refugees. Earlier experience includes managing operations at The Mayor Bar and Grill and mentoring youth with the Child Wellness Fund, along with military service in logistics and vehicle maintenance in the United States Air Force. Ben holds a Master of Arts in Ethics, Peace, and Human Rights from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from Northern Arizona University.
