Beth Schwartz

Beth Schwartz has extensive work experience in employee benefits and wellness. Beth started their career at DP&L as a Benefits Specialist in 1990 and later joined University of Dayton in 1995. At the University, they served as the Benefits Manager and later became the Director of Employee Benefits and Wellness. In addition, they also worked as a Human Resource Specialist at Dayton Power and Light from 1992 to 1995.

Beth Schwartz received their Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Miami University from 1984 to 1988. Beth later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Dayton from 1993 to 1995.
