Jen Duwel

Jen Duwel has extensive work experience in various HR roles. Jen started their career at NCR in 2002 as a University Recruitment and Relations specialist. In 2007, they joined the University of Dayton as an Employment Manager and later progressed to become the Manager of Employment Services and Risk. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Employee Relations, Talent and Risk at the University of Dayton.

Jen Duwel obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology and Business from Miami University, attending from 1997 to 2001. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications, including becoming a Certified Executive Coach | COR.E Leadership Dynamics™ Specialist (CLDS), a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), and an Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) from iPEC Coaching. Furthermore, Jen has obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI.
