Karen Bull

Karen Bull is an accomplished IT professional with over 16 years of experience in developing and directing campus-wide IT services at the University of Dayton. As Director of IT Operations & Engagement, Karen oversees the lifecycle management of software, hardware, and mobile assets while collaborating with colleagues at various levels, acting as an IT influencer and liaison for senior leadership and external agencies. Previously, as Director of Educational IT Operations, Karen managed the strategic direction of IT training and the operations of the Ryan C Harris Learning Teaching Center, ensuring the support of over 7000 students and deploying 1800+ new computers annually. Karen holds an M.B.A. from the University of Dayton and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Psychology from Manchester University.
